** Support information:  Software includes 30 days support.  If support is needed after the 30 days period, it is available at a $550 annual rate beginning with the date of purchase.  No support will be provided after the 30 day period without additional  support payments.  After two years, it may be more advantageous to re-purchase the software than to catch up payments, thus receiving the benefits of any changes made to the software.  Since the software is unprotected, there are absolutely no refunds after delivery.
